Concierge Elite is a leading provider of remote receptionist services for Veterinary and Optometry practices. We are currently seeking an organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist.
As an Elite Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and maintaining patient records.

- _ Phone skills valued around personability(not call center customer service)_

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule appointments according to availability and patient needs
- Verify insurance information and coverage
- Maintain accurate patient records per company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients at all times
**Qualifications**:
- Spanish speaking is required.
- Must have stable internet and backup internet
- Must not have regular or constant power problems. A backup is a plus.
- Must have a USB-powered noise-canceling headset and a reliable working computer
- Must have a minimum of 2 screens to work on.
- Self-starter, fast learner, reliable, flexible, and willing to adapt.
- May need to use a VPN
- Working Webcam.
- Adhere to an Eastern Standard Time Zone(including DLS changes)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a receptionist in a practice preferred
**Hours and pay**:
- Contracted work with no end date. Yearly we may resend new contracts for up-to-date compliance.
- Primarily full-time contractor positions are available between the hours of 7 am-11 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Sunday.
