**Responsibilities**:- Create and develop comprehensive and well-structured test plan strategies, test cases, and best practices related to firmware/hardware test engineering (both manual and automated testing with a specific focus on efficiency) based on product requirements and specifications.- Execute test procedures that exercise key features of each product platform.- Coordinate with other individuals and organizations to execute tests locally on the bench in the office environments as well as drive tests for any CATM/2G related driving in the region.- Identify and procure equipment needed to conduct tests.- Analyze test data, generate detailed and executive summary reports,
and log all data associated with each test for historical trend analysis.- Document all test anomalies along with associated device configuration and procedures.- Escalate validation field issues to engineering and business managers when urgency requires immediate escalation.- ** Maintain and execute automated test system test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
**:- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of software issues and provide timely resolutions.- Work with other engineers to update and maintain technical documentation.- ** Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure high-quality software products using Python.
