What you will doBe an essential technical contributor at an early-stage company as it scales;Architect, implement,
and own core components of the technology that define and power our product;Collaborate with the founding team to understand business needs and play a leadership role in the end-to-end development of features and on our technical roadmap;Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, architecture, and scalability of our systems and products.Must havesBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software and products;Proficiency in Typescript;Experience with Node.js, React, Postgres, NextJS, and RPC in a professional setting;Highly aligned with our mission and are excited to make a direct, positive impact on clinicians and the quality of care patients receive;Excellent communication and collaboration skills;Demonstrated high ownership and experience leading the development of products from the ground up in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;Comfortable navigating and building throughout the entire stack,
but your primary focus and experience lies in frontend technical design and implementation;Experience executing greenfield technical design for business-critical products and features in close collaboration with both technical and non-technical counterparts;Experience with agile development, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing frameworks;Upper-Intermediate English Level.Nice to havesDemonstrated experience building in the healthcare space and working with PHI;Understanding of modern AI technologies, like natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMS), RAG architectures, and their applications;Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS;Experience architecting systems that can handle the ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval of document-heavy data sets;Passion for learning, staying up-to-date with new technologies, and sharing knowledge with the team.The benefits of joining usProfessional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks,
