- Warranty Claims Validation.
- Training to the Dealers Net.
- Support to Dealers network in Warranty topics.
- Efficiency measurement of the Dealer Net.
- Generate financials reports.
- Application and Updating of Bulletins and Policies.
- Analysis and improvement of Warranty processes and Systems in the Dealers Net.

**Education/Certifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Previous Work Experience
- At least 1 years of automotive experience in Quality customer service.
- Knowledge of Automotive Industry Quality Standards.
- Database management
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Language: Minimum level of English Intermediate (B2).
- Travel requirement: 20%
- Must Have: Analytical Thinking, Creativity and innovativeness, ability to take quick actions, negotiation and planning skill, leadership.
- Nice to have: SAP Knowledge and accounting records.
- Computer Skills: PowerPoint and Excel (Advanced)
