Our Team
The Master Data Analyst is responsible of the creation/modification of the Customer Master Data and pricing conditions and contract agreements.
Maintain commercial agreements in CCM S4/HANA module upon request from Trade team or any other appointed responsible based on commercial policy template.
Contributes to improve service to customers through the proper maintenance of commercial conditions and pricing master data.
Main responsibilities
- Customer Master Data
- Data Approver Review validate and complete request.
- Create and update customer master data, customer hierarchy, customer assortment,
business partners and set up of master data blocks on customers.
- Maintain customer master data fields in General Data influencing the order process
- Create and maintain customer master data fields in Sales and Distribution influencing the order process based on customer facing and trade inputs
- Understand material master data fields influencing the order process.
- Contract & Commercial Conditions Maintenance
- Maintain commercial agreements and conditions in CCM S4/HANA module upon request from Trade team or any other appointed responsible based on commercial conditions template
- Maintenance of approved Price List in SAP S/4 based on commercial policy template upon request from Trade or any other appointed responsible
- Manage request for contract modifications according to commercial policies agreement
- Creation, update and approval of Country Price List
- Implementation of Price change
- Approval of the contract creation or update in Shift
- Maintain Price condition record
- Master Request creation and general data approval
- Create On invoice agreement
- Activation of the Pharma contribution in Shift
- Transaction Register creation
- Rebate credit note creation
- Create Off invoice agreement
About you
- Experience: Relevant experience as Master Data Analyst or similar role.
- Soft skills: Attention to detail, curiosity and willingness to learn
- Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in administrative careers
- Languages: Desirable proficiency in English
