The Payroll Team Leader is to ensure the correct and efficient administration of all processes that are directly or indirectly related to the remuneration of employees at our sister company HLE. This includes supervising the preparation of payrolls, compliance with US labor and tax regulations, regulations of the UNION and the DIR Department of Industrial Relations, as well as resolving queries and problems that may arise in relation to the payments of the companys employees.
Requirements
It is essential to speak, write and interact in English.
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience leading work teams.
Experience in payroll processing and management.
Experience in managing relationships and resolving conflicts.
Experience in handling labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll and benefits management regulations.
Experience in preparing reports andor payroll reports
Experience in analytical skills to interpret payrollrelated data and use such information to make informed decisions
Knowledge in managing digital applications for communication.
English at 80 language proficiency.
Experience using payroll management software and systems desired to know Vista and Click up
Knowledge of the time difference between Mexico, California and Atlanta regulations Polices, Taxes, Laws.

Review and track business email.
Payroll Email Management
1.1 Ensure timely and effective followup of the general payrollrelated email inbox.
1.3 Provide support to the team in resolving queries and incidents related to email management and communication.
Preparation and Presentation of Reports
2.1 Generate specific reports requested by the Controller and other management personnel.
2.2 Prepare documents and data necessary to address internal or external audits.
2.3 Create weekly, monthly and closing reports to support analysis and decision making.
Schedule for compliance with obligations
3.1Ensure the execution of all department activities within the established deadlines
Audits
4.1 Keep the different documentation handled within the payroll department up to date in order to satisfactorily comply with the audits requested by the UNIONS and the Department of Labor.
4.2 Participate in the conciliation meetings of the audits to present documents andor arguments to safeguard the wellbeing and healthy finances of the company.
Conflict Resolution
5.1 Identify and resolve discrepancies related to payments, records or administrative processes.
5.2 Act as a liaison between the payroll team and subcontractors, unions or other involved parties to effectively resolve issues.
Management of training andor coaching in conjunction with the accounting supervisor and the HR department to ensure the performance of the departments employees.
Perform, analyze and report the departments KPIs to the supervisor.
Position Details
Contract Full Time.
Schedule 900 am to 1800 pm.
Workspace Inperson.
Work place Guadalajara, Ladrón de Guevara Area.

Salary range Depending on the candidates skills and knowledge.
