**Main Areas of Responsibility**:
Able to work with a high level of independent capability and initiative, while being able adjust daily workloads to shift for competing business priorities, to be able to finish assignments without undue supervision
- Able to root cause and perform ad hoc work arounds with little to no preparation to support requests and queries from respective FP&A; business partners
- Ability to recognize patterns to anticipate and proactively avoid recurring symptoms from occurring further
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline processes and procedures to reduce close times
- Lead all Application Parallel Testing with business partners by identifying key users and leading efforts to complete parallel testing efforts. Leading requires basic PMO abilities such as developing schedules, establishing kick off meetings, developing test cases, maintaining global office hours for support, and leading status updates with business partners

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with mínimal guidance/supervision
- Ability to relate project with business objectives and results, integrate with business purpose
- Proactively collect sufficient information to resolve issues and move project tasks forward

Teamwork/Leadership Skills
- Ability to collaborate with IT, FP&A;, Accounting, and Program Management functions
- Able to independently work with a sense of urgency to finish the assignment without undue supervision
- Ensure lessons learned are applied to future situations promoting continuous improvement
- Work productively in the face of ambiguity or uncertainty
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems.
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience in Accounting or FP&A;
- Ability to analyze financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statements
- Experience performing Forecasting, Long-term planning, and Budgeting
- Knowledge of US GAAP and able to verbalize how to develop a Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, or how-to T-account a Buy/Sale transaction
- Able to draw accurate conclusions from financial and quantitative information
- Moderate or better Excel skills with preferred experience using Hyperion Excel add in: Smart View
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate key issues for action/decision ("the 30 second rule")
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, Financial Data Quality Management (FDM), or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Ability to become self-taught on read and interpret Hyperion code syntax such as VB Script, Business Rules, Calc Scripts, etc.
