What will you do?
We are hiring a S&OE; Sr Analyst in our business center. This position will actively participate on the S&OP;/E process for Security Products and will be a Finance Partner responsible of providing financial analysis and reporting on sales trends, purchases and inventory performance. S/he will provide weekly reporting of Supply and Operations Execution KPIs and will support senior management in the preparation of financial presentations, action plans and other financial ad-hoc requests. This function acts as an analytical engine of the Security Products business and will partner with a multi-disciplinary team to provide insights and support decision making processes.
How will you do it?
- Support S&OE;/P process from a Finance perspective compiling and analyzing information from sales, operations and local finance teams
- Work as a liaison with FPA team to incorporate into the financial scenarios (i.e., PLAN / Outlook etc.) the outcome of the regular S&OE;/P process and ensure targets are aligned and consistent with the expected business outcome
- Participate on creating the required completeness, granularity, and reasonability of the demand and inventory plan at the unit and dollar level to improve accuracy
- Identify R&O; on sales, purchases and inventory metrics trends analyzing causes of unexpected variance and workings with the relevant team in the implementation of corrective actions
- Provide decision support analysis to reduce inventory and track progress of action plans
- Implement and work with Business Intelligence Tools to achieve internal efficiencies and provide real time ad-hoc analysis.
- Develop standardized and automated financial reports and modeling tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to the Finance S&OE; process at the plant level
- Manage purchase orders approvals for material orders and document exceptions of those not consistent with the approved purchase plan
- Implement adequate internal controls to maintain consistent and reliable information of the S&OE; process in the Business Unit
What we look for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance
- Strong analytical skills, communication and ability to influence across the organization. Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Hyperion Enterprise and/or OneStream knowledge highly required.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
