**THE POSITION**
FSCR Sales Consultants primary goal is to book services with customers utilizing the current range of FSCR products (CRLO, FS1W CR/nCR). This role will guide customers through the household goods relocation quoting & booking process. This includes custom building full-service or labor only quotes specific to each customer's needs and as applicable, according to each corporate relocation client's specifications.
The Sales Consultant must demonstrate strong customer service, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. They must be able to work independently and within a team environment. In all aspects of the performance of responsibilities,
the Sales Consultant is expected to be familiar with and make efforts toward the company's Mission, Vision and Values
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Generate tailor-made quotes to fit the needs of potential customers.
- Quote Corporate Relocation Labor Only & Full-Service moves (CR & nCR)
- Guide customers through the household goods relocation process.
- Maintain an understanding of the unique needs & requests of each corporate relocation client and transferee.
- Anticipate the needs of our clients and transferees.
- Participate in the implementation of new clients.
- Provide feedback on trends, needed improvements, escalations, and customer feedback to the FSCR Supervisor or Operations Manager.
- Actively participate in training.
- Input data into a CRM while holding a conversation; general multitasking.
- Maintain an active calendar and follow-up schedule.
- Be detail-oriented, ensuring all aspects of the move details are documented appropriately.
- Critical thinking, reasoning and problem-solving skills, and continuous learning.
- Recognize financial implication while constructing quotes/itineraries.
- Turn prospects into well satisfied customers.
- Assist with customer service or order needs as necessary or requested.
- Strive to achieve individual and department team goals.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- Experience as a LO Move Coach, Move Coordinator, or Counselor (preferred)
- Cross training - Coach, Coordinator, Counselor (required)
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees, customers, & Relocation partners
- Ability to build rapport with customers & Corporate Relocation partners
- Proficient with MS Word & Excel, G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), & Zoom
- Detail-oriented multitasker with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Goal/Result-Driven
- For WFH: Adequate workspace that can facilitate inbound/outbound calls.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment.
