About the Team
The Global Service Center team is responsibr delivery Policy, Signaling, SBC and Cloud Native projects around the world, ensuring and excellence in all deployments. A PM will be able to work with customers and internally to ensure the highest level of operational excellence in the whole lifecycle of the projects.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
Focused on complex, delivery sensitive projects crossing diverse development teams that operate via Agile Principles
End to End Process:
Formalizing best practices and procedures
Business Intelligencused reporting:
Highlighting point in time status, trends, impact of changes and pinpoint arer further improvement
Due Diligence:
Ensuring compliance with contractual and operational obligations and Oracle business continuity, security, and operating standards
Customer Success:
Focusing on providing the best services in all the projects
Work in different time zones
Work Saturday sporadically
Travel % of the time
Required Importante empresa points

Good understanding and Importante empresa working with mobile technology projects (3G, 4G or 5G)
Knowledge in Packet Core Networks in terms of operation, business continuity, revenue recognition among others

Collaboration with teams inside and outside of Oracle to leading cross-functional teams to achieve business-critical goals while ensuring Oracle security/compliance standards are met
Managing complex projecom Initiative start to completion
Host acilitate meetings,
record effective notes, and drive action items post meeting as well as communicate status including risks and hurdles
Capture and organize informatir communication in wiki/Confluence:
meeting notes, project related content including action of jira tickeom several data sources, and status
Use technical understanding to identify tasks, gaps, issues and risks that can be technical in nature
Be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment and using Agile methodologies to track work as a team, as well as delivequent scopes of incremental change that add value
Ability to quickly learn new skills and domains
Proactive and self-driving
Must haveuent English, both, written and verbal
As a recognized authority and leading contributor, this project management professional, provides consistent innovative and high solution leadership.
Responsibr guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business ensuring high and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction.Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle's methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniqur effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations.
Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and nsions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects.
8- years of Importante empresa relevant to this position. Prior project team leadership or management Importante empresa. Demonstrated ability llow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolcus. Selling skills preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent Importante empresa. Ability to travel as needed.
