We are seeking a Call Center Agent Collections is directly responsible for assisting the Collections Supervisor by initiating and receiving member calls, service accounts requiring special handling, complying with Quality Assurance and attaining performance goals.

**Essential Functions**

- Place outbound and receive inbound member communication as directed.
- Document all member interactions to include questions/concerns, payment arrangements, etc. - Handle member issues promptly, seeking supervisor guidance as needed for resolution.
- Escalate member issues as required.
- Attend all required training and complete compliance courses as assigned.
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
- Routinely generate reports.
**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of proven work experience in a call center in account collections.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong telephone communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Results-oriented with excellent customer service and people skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in collection of delinquent accounts.
- Experience or familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
**Benefits**:
- $25,000 gross salary
- Productivity bonus
