**Descripción**
Responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, updating customer files, and sending invoices to customers. Their primary interaction outside the business is with customers. Internally, they deal with the shipping department and order entry department.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:
- Issue invoices to customers
- Update customer files with issued invoices
- Process credit memos
- Update the customer master file with contact information
- Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register
- Checking the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
- Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other four-year degree with equivalent accounting experience.
- **Advanced and fluent English.**:
- One - five years billing or transaction experience.
- 5+ years of general accounting experience. Must be detail oriented.
- Strong computer technical skills - MS Excel
- Excellent math ability
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written
- Team-player, customer-centric attitude
- SAP & Oracle
