**Responsibilities**:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams on Oracle OSB, Oracle SOA, Oracle ODI, Oracle Integration Service, and OTBI.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and enhance technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in 03930, Ciudad de México
