This position will be based in **Guadalajara**, Mexico, and will be responsible for ramping of new products with Contract Manufacturer (CM) partners and in transferring production business between manufacturing partner locations. In addition, this role will be responsible for implementing the build plans and overall purchasing of NPI and sustaining raw materials and finished goods. This role will work with cross-functional teams to develop detailed materials and transition plans including capacity ramp plans and material readiness. This position will be the primary Supply Chain contact for the product development and operations teams during all phases of the product life cycle.

is looking for a Materials Program Manager who will lead the procurement and materials program management effort to commercialize new products, as well as maintain CM production build plans to business requirements. This role will interface with the supply base and internal customers, spanning multiple groups, including Product Development, Engineering, Supplier Engineering, Planning, and Operations.
What you’ll do
- Orchestrate production transfers between manufacturing partners by overseeing the supply chain, planning, and management of raw material movements and PO transfers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and effective supplier performance management.
- Effectively and accurately communicate material requirements and program timelines/milestones to external suppliers.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key suppliers, follow up on focus items, drive continuous improvement plans.
- Support programs throughout their entire product life cycle from NPI to EOL status.




- Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps to ensure material availability.
- Effectively escalate high-risk issues impacting business requirements.
- Work with external suppliers to establish the appropriate delivery schedules for individual components, specifying quantity and frequency, targeting on-time delivery and avoiding E&O; risks. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams as needed.
- Execute MRP, procurement tasks for all sustaining products for CM build to print products, Optics, miscellaneous accessories. Plan, schedule, and manage various purchased materials.
- Communicate materials status and risks regularly to various internal teams.
- Work closely with Supplier, Engineering, and commodity teams to identify replacement or substitute parts, establish new part lead-times,



understand long-lead time drivers and develop long lead-time mitigation strategies.
- Ensure BOM accuracy by working with Engineering, Operations and Document Control teams.
- Setup and maintain item attributes in D365 enterprise system.
- Travel as required to Gigamon HQ in Santa Clara, CA and various supplier sites to support business needs.
What you’ve done:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive actions/issues to closure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand.
- Must have great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must have experience working with cross-functional teams to successfully introduce new products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Perform regular requests for quotations and analyze quotes/cost as required to achieve material cost targets prior to production release.
- Responsible for resolving discrepancies between cost targets and quoted costs.
Who you are:
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or other related field is preferred.
- 5-7 years related experience in materials management and purchasing.
- Strong analytical skills, including data mining, Excel (graph’s, pivot tables, x-look up’s, conditional formatting etc.) Power Point and other Office tools.
- Ability to optimize delivery costs and inventory levels.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software & D365 enterprise system.
