**Functions and Duties**:We seek a Remote System Administrator proficient in Microsoft products.
Your role will involve user management, technical support, ensuring security and compliance, and recommending software solutions for our onsite and remote staff.
Among your daily tasks,
you will find:- Manage user access and security for Microsoft products and other systems.- Configure Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive.- Research and recommend software and security tools for optimal remote work setup.- Ensure IT policies and compliance measures are followed.- Primary Contact for Technical Support.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- 4+ years of experience in system administration, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, QuickBooks, and Airtable preferred.- Proficiency in researching, analyzing, and documenting software for system projects.- Effective communication skills and a commitment to data integrity.- Highly proficient English communication skills (A MUST).
**Workspace Requirement**- Ability to perform remotely, while on live camera with office equipment (preferred).- Quality desktop or laptop computer with a good microphone and video camera.- Reliable Internet connection
