**_ About our client_**:
Our client has been the premier HOA and Condo Management Specialist in Austin since 1987. They provide an array of extensive community management services, including HOA Management, Condo Management, HOA Developer Services, and HOA consulting services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow-up tickets
- Escalate issues when needed.
- Uploading documents to the system.
- Preparing reports.
- Data entry within the software.
- Organize files and update them.
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday:
- Regular schedule: 08:00 - 17: 00 Mexico City Time
- During Daylight Saving 07:00 - 16: 00 Mexico City time
