Here is what we can tell you about this position:**THE WORK**- Oversee and create high-quality proposals throughout the design process, including conceptual vision, executive presentations, and final mockups for implementation- Create and iterate on assets that reflect a brand, enforce a language, and inject beauty and life into a product for unique challenger brands- The culture will be collaborative, fun, open, and human-sized, oriented toward diversity and inclusion- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges- Craft stunning graphics to work with big brands taking your creativity beyond expectations**NEEDED EXPERTISE**- Design degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, professional certification preferred but not required.- 5+ years of experience creating incredible digital experiences in an agency environment- Excellent communication and presentation skills-you'll be expected to be able to communicate design decisions and keep track of all projects and documentation- Proficiency with design, prototyping, and presentation tools such as Figma, InDesign, Illustrator/Procreate, Icon Design, and CSS- Motion Graphic and Illustration experience will be nice to have- Online portfolio demonstrating visual design creativity**OUR BENEFITS & PERKS**- By working with us you will advance the social causes of workplace diversity, inclusion, equality, and safety.
