**Hybrid Full Stack Developer**
**This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.**
We are looking for a **Full Stack Developer** to join a team that drives and accelerates business growth through strategic and administrative financial services. We help companies from diverse industries, including Fintech, E-commerce, Real Estate, and Healthcare, providing financial clarity, in-depth analysis, and strategic planning.
**About the Role**
In this role, you will face daily challenges that allow you to fully develop your skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the automation of financial analysis processes.
- Actively participating in the digital transformation of internal processes.
- Innovating, creating, and implementing your own solutions from scratch.
- Collaborating with financial experts to ensure client satisfaction.
- Growing in a dynamic environment with clear development opportunities.
**Required Tech Skills**
- Experience in web development with **JavaScript**, particularly **Node.js** and **React**.
- Advanced knowledge of **SQL** (preferably **SQL Server**).
- Proficiency in **Python** for process automation.
- Familiarity with **Cloud Computing** (preferably **Azure**).
- Ability to design and implement **ETL** (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Strong understanding of **algorithms** and **data structures**.
- Experience with **software architecture** and development best practices.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Understand and implement complex business logic.
- Adapt to changing specifications and propose new architectures.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and put them into practice.
- Participate in office visits when necessary.
**General Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering,
Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- **English proficiency: C1 level or higher is required**.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of professional ethics.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $41,000.00 per month
