**Job Overview**:You are looking to break into the Influencer Marketing industry, learn the art of negotiating and reviewing contracts, be integral to the business operations of an Agency, and work alongside a team of highly motivated and driven individuals.
This role is not for the faint of heart - you will be exposed to incredibly fast turnaround times, demanding workloads, and a never-ending cycle of tasks.

**Responsibilities**:**What You'll Do**:- Create, revise, and redline agreements (e.G.
Deal Memos and SOWs) under the supervision of the Head of Business Affairs- Analyze different drafts of agreements for comparison of language and terms before execution.- Create, distribute, and maintain organized files and tracking spreadsheets- Manage and organize digital paper flow, including drafting agreements, preparing agreements for signatures, cross referencing payment processing, and filing in a legal electronic document system, eDocs.- Handle departmental administrative duties as assigned and other related tasks.
**Qualifications,
Skills and Key Competencies**:- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.- Previous experience working in a similar position- Influencer marketing or advertising industry experience is preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment
