**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a DTC Retail Partner Manager. The DTC Partner Retail Manager will be responsible for the partner store business operations, driving profitability and brand growth and acting as the key point between the retail licensee partners.
Focused on current stores expansion with a balance in Operations and Commercial Skills. The DTC Partner Retail Manager will lead the Mexico Licensee Store Partners to uphold brand standards and deliver an exceptional consumer experience. The role is located in Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX.
**Business & Sales Development**
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the correct location and product collections to achieve the financial objectives
- Drive Store expansion plans and alignments with retail partners teams.
- Ensure effective planning by collaborating closely with partners to optimize the right inventory by location, minimize stock outs and mark downs.
- Build Excellent relationships with retail partners to establish and maintain business.
- Lead implementation of reporting, monitor KPIs and develop action plans vs metrics.
**Merchandising**
- Lead the product strategy aligned with the global product team to develop Seasonal Exclusive Collections for '47 Licensee Stores.
- Responsible for executing the day-to-day merchandising strategy.
- Present Seasonal DTC Product Line Strategy at Sales Meetings
- Monitor stores via weekly VM Visual reports and periodic store visits.
- Product Development to achieve sales targets.
**Marketing**
- Lead Partner stores on GTM milestones, provide insights and milestones.
- Develop Seasonal product calendar stories for the partner retail stores.
- Liaise with the global marketing content team to appropriately integrate local content brand stories in 47 MX social media.
- Develop promotional calendar and giveaways to support in-store sales.
- Ensure in-store brand images are up to date by season.
**Product Setup**
- Ensure that all retail seasonal collections items are created in GBS.
- Monitor that pricing is correct in the system for all new styles created.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a DTC / Partner Stores Manager position or related.
- Solid experience in Retail and Sales
- Experience in consumer engagement, product knowledge and customer service.
- Stores Operation, Marketing and Visual Merchandising Experience.
- Advanced English
- DTC teams management
- Travel Required.
Knowledge of Licensing Sports Business experience and qualifications would be beneficial for this role including a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
