**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues across Salesforce (Admin, Apex, API), MSSQL, React, and digital experience environments.- Manage high-priority incidents and ensure timely resolution by collaborating with other support teams and other cross-functional teams.- Perform detailed root cause analysis for recurring issues,
providing recommendations for permanent solutions.- Work closely with Salesforce Apex developers, C# developers, and other development teams to resolve complex integration, coding, and API-related issues.- Utilize MSSQL to run complex queries, manage data, and assist in troubleshooting data-related issues.- Design, generate, and troubleshoot Salesforce reports as per business and operational needs.- Support issues related to API connections and integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.- Create and maintain detailed documentation of issue resolution processes, best practices, and knowledge base articles.- Contribute to the improvement of support processes by providing feedback based on recurring issues and gaps in support structures.- Act as a mentor for the other support team members, helping them develop advanced troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.- Upper-intermediate English.
**Required Qualifications**:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Tier 3 technical support or a related role, specifically supporting Salesforce, API integrations,
and related technologies.- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and with Salesforce Apex Development.- Proven experience with CMS development.- Strong experience with API integrations and troubleshooting.- Advanced skills in MSSQL, including running complex queries, troubleshooting database issues, and working with large datasets.- Strong experience designing and troubleshooting Salesforce reports.- Knowledge of managing and troubleshooting digital experience platforms.- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with development, product management, and customer-facing teams.
**Will be a plus**:- Salesforce Admin or Developer certification(s).- Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.- Experience in a SaaS environment or supporting large enterprise systems.- Knowledge of digital customer experience best practices.- Knowledge of Sitecore and/or Kentico is a plus
