**Compensation**:$5 - $8 hourly**Responsibilities**:- Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness- Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties,
including open houses and the final walkthrough- Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team- Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork- Manage our CRM and database on a daily basis- Assist with social media posts/stories- Improve the team and customer experience- Seller Market Update reports- Handle all non sales details**Qualifications**:- Great written and verbal skills- High school diploma or equivalent required- Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems- Understand the real estate listing and sales process- Be able to show up and be focused- Have a quiet, reliable environment- Be able to be self-managed and follow directions**About Company**Our business is not about real estate.
