**Responsibilities**- The Head of People and Culture will be responsible for developing and implementing a people and leadership growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.- The scope of responsibility will focus on the development of the teammates and leaders at our current 4 facilities in Miami, Tampa, and Dallas areas, and future locations.Develop and implement a People Growth Strategy that touches all aspects of talent lifecycle, from talent acquisition to its development and performance management, following a systematic approach.- Create and maintain a positive and high-performance culture that is aligned with the company's values, including defining KPIs for holistic people growth initiatives and their impact on the company**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field required.
MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.- Minimum 10-year background in processes developing culture and leadership.- 5+ years experience managing teams in a lean manufacturing environment preferred
