**Crucial Job Functions / Responsibilities**:
**Planning and Order Execution**:
- Lead backlog execution proactively to meet monthly Plan of Record (POR) delivery commitments.
- Schedule meetings with Order Entry and Purchasing team Leads to improve internal processes and ensure smooth order execution.
**Administration**:
- Ensure meticulous management of all orders to meet agreed delivery, certification,
and documentation requirements accurately.
- Provide transparent order status reports to both external and internal customers, fostering clear communication and accountability.
- Follow up on commitments and delivery achievements with customers, offering support to order administrators as needed.
- Schedule face-to-face meetings with customers when vital.
**People Management**:
- Drive and support the talent assessment and organizational review process within the Order Management team, nurturing professional growth and development.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement, guiding team members toward reaching their full potential.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing order management processes and customer satisfaction.
- Encourage the team to identify process difficulties and propose innovative solutions for improvement. Improve response time to customer inquiries and requests.
**Professional Degree Requirements**:
- A professional degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
**Experience Requirements**:
- Preferable industry knowledge and at least +1 year of experience in order administration and resource management.
- Experience with ERP programs is advantageous.
- Ability to effectively lead multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is desirable.
**Technical Knowledge Requirements**:
- Proficiency in supply chain management, logistics, administration, and ERP systems.

- Experience with Oracle or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- English proficiency of at least 90%.
