digitally connected campuses that enable student success.About the Opportunity:**Where you will make an impact**- Providing creative technical input to help develop technical solutions to customer problems- Providing customer service and always willing to learn new systems and technology- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and self-starter with a can-do attitude- Consulting with clients to gather information about program needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements.- Analyzing code to find causes of errors and revises programs.- Providing high-quality customer Technical consultation and support to Ellucian's Banner products such as Ethos, Banner Extensibility, Ellucian Experience, Banner Self Service, etc.- Providing technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about programs**What you will bring**- Customer service and/or consulting experience required- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time required- Ability to manage own work/workload- Strong analytical and communications skills required (English)- Strong organizational skills required- Experience with Oracle database developer expertise including SQL, PL/SQL, database functions and procedures- Experience with reporting tools including Argos, Cognos, Crystal Reports or similar products,
