**About our client**:An all-encompassing real estate firm specializing in assessing, analyzing, managing, and disposing of Manufactured Housing Communities.
They offer full-spectrum services to private owners, banks, special servicers, and court-appointed receivers.
**We are looking for a **_**Loan Agent **_**to support the following activities**:- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications focusing on booking appointments and gathering loan conditions.- Collect and prepare documentation for loan packages, research applicant financial status, and prepare loan disclosures.- Conduct interviews, assess client eligibility for loans, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Follow up on the status of loans in process.- Work with the marketing team to schedule, organize, and contact clients for conversion events (turning renters into homeowners).- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.
**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday_- Regular schedule: 7:30 a.M. to 4:30 p.M. CST MX- During daylight saving: 6:30 a.M. to 3:30 p.M. CST MX**This position is remote; you'll need to attend our offices in Mexico City or Guadalajara on the first day to sign the contract, receive your equipment, and be part of the onboarding session.

**- Experience in sales and strong data management.- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.- Demonstrated proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite.- Experience preparing and maintaining loan paperwork, understanding loan products, and ensuring compliance with regulations.- Ability to identify needs, clarify information, and provide problem-solving solutions.- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.Pay:
