**JOB SUMMARY**:
Develops the strategic growth plan at the partner or territory level for assigned vendor line. Builds and maintains the business relationship by providing solutions for defined account(s) in a product line, to achieve the identified strategy and business financial objectives.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**:
- Subject matter expert (SME) for Cisco products, solutions and offerings for assigned customers and/or territory.
- Knowledge of Cisco solutions in: Networking, Security, Collaboration, Data Center, Hybrid Cloud, AI, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vendor leaders (Cisco), ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new partnership opportunities with top clients.




- Responsible for the execution of the strategic Vendor growth plans and business relationships in assigned account(s) by providing value added solutions.
- Identifies and creates opportunity demand for products, coordinating the supporting seminars, training and resource awareness to assigned clients that drives growth plan success in the targeted accounts.
- Identifies and creates opportunity.
- Coordinate with LATAM internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
- Conducts training and customer consultations.
- Performs analysis and reports results of various program impact for identified customer(s) notifying the AM of success, issues and future growth plan strategies.
- Maintains and drives trending knowledge of products, competitors, technology and customers in the assigned supplier product market.
- Run call out days on the sales floor and/or the Business Unit sales teams.
- Deep understanding of customer's vendor go-to market strategy,



markets served and positions TD SYNNEX to assist in growing business in adjacent vendor markets.
- May assist clients in understanding vendor selling or certification requirements.
- May be a liaison between client and vendor selling teams.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE:
- 4 to 8 Years of relevant work experience as BDM, Account Manager, Vendor Manager, or Product Manager,
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Commercial Business or similar.
- ** Sales experience & business relationship abilities with Vendors & clients.**:
- ** Knowledge of Cisco solutions: Networking, Security, Collaboration, Data Center, Hybrid Cloud, AI, etc.**:
- ** English Fluent (Advanced).**:




- Expert knowledge of assigned product / service line and broad understanding of how they integrate with the organization's entire product / service line.
- Typically works on a cross-section of large and/or prominent accounts with several changing variables and complexity.
- Maintains excellent rapport with existing clients and frequently interacts directly with new prospects to build customer base and increase sales. Provides input to sales management.
- Actions impact the organization. Failure to accomplish work or meet customer expectations will result in the inability to reach crucial organizational sales goals and may cause long-term damage to client relationship.
- Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to create and conduct formal & executive presentations.




- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to effectively multi-task.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Cisco's certifications (preferred).
