**Responsibilities**:
- Identify trends, themes, tendencies that indicate emerging operational risks by relying on mining trends in relevant metrics, loss data and external events. Effectively communicate learnings to Business to drive necessary responses and action.
- Engage technology partners where needed to implement changes and control implementations.
- Support assessment reviews aimed at identifying gaps to policy and standards, defining further improvement opportunities, trainings and best practices reviews with regional team.
- Drive management for closure of control gaps identified by risk assessment process regionally.
- Regularly communicate and escalate to senior leaders on gaps and progress on gaps/action items closure related to internal Risk Assessment findings.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years relevant experience
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Description:
Responsible for the management with Agile methodology, analysis and implement automations to eliminate EUC's medium & High Risk. Provide in the long term assures its operation and the efficiency of the processes with this automations. Coordinate several people from operations teams. This includes the management of failures, giving support to the manager & RPA process automation.
Hybrid (Remote & on Premises) / CdMx (Moras 850)
**Education**:
- University degree in Engineering or similar
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong project management skills and knowledge (PMP, Scrum)
- Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access,
Project).
- Demonstrate a consistent track record having worked as a Program or Project Manager, Lead, PMO, managing direct and indirect teams and cross-functional projects
- Knowledge in project development methodologies used in CITI (agile, waterfall)
- Knowledge in institutional tools for project management (PTS, JIRA, Confluence)
- Program and Project Management strong knowledge (PMP, Scrum certifications are a plus)
- Codding Knowledge is a plus (Python, Tableau, Automation Anyware, EUC's Remediation)
