As a Veterinary Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our veterinary professionals and ensuring the seamless operation of our practice.
This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of animals.
**Responsibilities**:Assist veterinarians with administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, client communication,
and record-keeping.Manage and organize electronic health records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Coordinate and follow up on appointments, vaccinations, and medical procedures.Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through virtual channels.Facilitate communication between the veterinary team, clients, and other stakeholders.Perform general administrative duties to support the efficient functioning of the veterinary practice.
**Requirements**:Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Compassion for animals and a genuine interest in veterinary care.Comfortable working independently and remotely.
**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Experience**:- Proven: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: Remote
