**Job Title**: Gerente Comercial de Negocio Institucional

**Position Overview**
Experienced manager responsible for maintaining and expanding the institutional business portfolio.
The role includes exploring the market, developing sales strategies, and managing key accounts in group and collective insurance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for group and collective business growth.
- Cultivate agent channels to ensure policy placement, documentation, issuance, and renewal processes.
- Manage bidding for government accounts and design protection solutions for key corporate clients.
- Oversee the quotation, issuance, and post-sale service with insurers and alliances for business placements.
- Supervise account claims, policy information requests, premium payment processes, and agent commissions.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in database management, process handling, and collective insurance
- **Languages**: Basic English
- **Skills**: Problem-solving, team collaboration, effective communication, and strong customer orientation

**Key Relations**
- **Internal**: Risk Coverage (quotations), Agent Administration, Sales Force Payments - Daily

**Evaluation Model**
Includes training plans, work climate assessment, 90°/180°/360° evaluations, and individual performance reviews.
