Our Tijuana Plant is looking for a Process Engineer (3 Shift Night shift).
Temporal 1 year.

Responsibilities: Process Engineer, with a strong background in control/mechanical systems; the working area is in a semiautomated environment in Welding, Testing, and Assembly.The Process Technical Engineer's main responsibility is to establish the welding settings, calibration settings,



critical process definition control, and specification development.The Process Technical Engineer's main responsibility is to establish the testing settings, control, and specification for correct yield performance.Job breakdown sheets for mechanical adjustments or special processes.Job breakdowns for calibration processes.Obsolescence Projects for new investments/replacements, including investigation, process capacities, machine specifications, and capital investment descriptions.Engineering validation for new parts due to changes in suppliers and engineering changes on the parts BOMs.Engineering validation for new machines, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.This position is for you if you have: Engineering Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.Travel: 10% of the time.English proficiency at 80% and technical interpretation for drawings, specifications, manuals, etc.Process Engineer experience in mechanical analysis.Experience in machine failure diagnostics, including PLC, HMI,



and Pneumatics (Overall control systems).Mechanical Design experience in CAD programs to reevaluate existing drawings/corrections or new creations (ProE, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).Process engineering experience for the development of process settings and controls (Visual Aids, BOMs, machine BOMs, spare part lists).FMEA and Process control basic knowledge.Continuous improvement knowledge (SMED, 5S, Poke Yokes, TPM).Process qualification/validation protocols, IQ, OQ, and PQ.You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.
