Key Duties:
Handle client communications, including calls and scheduling.Support attorneys with administrative needs and manage client documentation.Draft, proofread,
and organize essential documents with precision.Ensure clear and timely updates to clients regarding case progress.
Required Qualifications:
Advanced English and Spanish fluency.Resident of Guadalajara or nearby area.High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or administrative role.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Benefits and Compensation:
Monthly salary from 13,000 to 16,000 MXN post-tax, based on skills and experience.Opportunities to earn more based on performance.Legal benefits package (IMSS, paid vacations, Christmas bonus).5,000 MXNreferral bonus.Monday to Friday fixed schedule (with occasional Saturdays) from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.All the US Holidays off.Paid training and ongoing support.
