and Beyond Yoga.As the Managing Director of our Latin America business, you will be a pivotal figure responsible for steering towards strategic goals, ensuring financial health, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining LS&Co; brand integrity.About the Job- Oversee the overall commercial operations, strategic direction, and financial performance of our Latin America business.
We are looking for an enterprise-minded professional who possesses a strategic vision for large-scale business growth, effectively aligns with organizational goals, and demonstrates a strong understanding of enterprise-level processes and challenges.- Staying ahead of fashion trends and fostering a culture of innovation within the company.- Understands and embraces distributed commerce and has experience delivering an integrated brand experience across all sales channels including direct retail, eCommerce and wholesale.- Manage full P&L;, KPIs, and understand key business drivers to ensure financial health and growth.- Build long-term vision and purpose,
with the ability to understand and anticipate operational ramifications.- Leverage market consumer insights and manage product portfolios across various categories.- Collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships.- Defining and upholding the brand's identity, values, and positioning in the market.About You- Experience in at least three major Latam markets including at least Mexico, Brazil and Chile preferred.- Demonstrated experience in owning the financials and effectively managing revenue streams and costs to achieve desired financial results.- Proven track record in defining and articulating strategic business plans and successfully executing them to drive business growth and profitability.- Extensive experience in leading businesses and teams on a regional scale,
navigating the complexities of driving a unified playbook across diverse markets in a matrix organization and global headquarters.- Strong background in leading service delivery and managing relationships to drive sales success across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience
