We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reliability Engineer (RE) to join our client's dynamic team in Mexico City.
The Reliability Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring clients derive maximum value from the company's advanced condition monitoring solutions.
Requirements Evaluate client machinery to determine the suitability of condition monitoring system deployment.
Supervise and ensure the accurate installation of sensors and hardware.
Monitor machinery health, diagnose faults, and communicate findings effectively to maintenance teams.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and execute corrective actions.
Utilize system software to generate detailed reports showcasing improvements in machine health and overall uptime.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent).
5–10 years of industry experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
Proven expertise in Vibration Analysis (ISO Category II or III certification preferred).
Strong understanding of rotating equipment, including motors, gearboxes, pumps, and blowers.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematic diagrams and technical specifications.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (70%+).
