**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be
- Functions as an individual contributor with direct responsibility to manage AFF OEM customer accounts.
- Reports to Mexico FF Sales Director.
- Budget responsibilities for AFF customers.




- Must be intimately aware of customer strategic goals, cycle plans and initiatives within the Mexico and global marketplace.
- Participates as regional account lead and part of global team.
- Calls with high degree of integrity at top accounts to ensure early engagement in new product platforms.
**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:
- Leads products and services strategies based on changing market conditions. Manage and develop customer relationship. Interact regularly with internal resources to develop customer solutions and insight.
- Conducts and provides industry segment forecast and trend data to marketing team as required. Comprehensive and collaborative business planning and CRM use. Oversee, grow, and manage sales & profitability expectations
- Manages million-dollar account assignment. Responsible for total business relationship and overall satisfaction at assigned customer base. Develop strong relationships and contacts at assigned accounts
**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 to 7 years of sales experience selling and negotiating directly with major OE manufacturers




- Bachelor Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or similar Engineering degree
- Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual (English Spanish)
- Management of Global customers, with global experience, and understanding of various cultures.
- Sales Force or Similar CRM experience
- Desirable Oracle cost, prices and samples modules.
- Desirable Powertrain, Power Transmission, or Fluid Power background
- CRM management and reporting
- International commerce concepts for automotive market (USMCA, MERCO-SUR, etc.)
- Cost breakdown detail analysis. (experience in e-cost tracker and Oracle samples, costs and prices modules)
- Basics in automotive/transportation OE development parts (APQP, Core Tools, ECR, etc.)
- Basics in IATF 16949 and ISO9001 certifications




- Understanding of industry standards and principles
