**Tittle;**
Customer Service Supervisor.
**Objective;**
Based on specialized technical knowledge of the company's products (Good and/or services) acts as the customer's contact regarding billing, warranty services, Product specifications as well as schedule shipping and shipping information.
**Main Functions;**
1: Handle al inquiries from customers performing extensice research and/or coordinating with other departments, as required to obtain solutions.
2: May coordinate product returns for exchange or rework.

Formulates the required report and prepares General correspondence.
4: Meets the established Procedures and the policies of the Organization.
**Level of English**:
Advance. (Reading and writing).
**Experience**:
3-5 years in customer services areas.
