Currently we are looking for our next:
**Project Manager for Service Centralization**
**Which is the main objective of this role?**
- Lead and support the services expansion Agenda with strong methodology,



looking for new services in LatAm, Iberia and NASS.
- Support with a Change Management Strategies to guarantee a smooth transitions, adaptability and sustainability of all the expansion projects.
- Design and lead the customer service management strategy to ensuring satisfaction, value added delivery, service improvements and issues follow up.
- Support Organizational Design in SSC.
- Design and Reinforce Strategy by Finance service desk “R711” into a single service management dedicated structure.
**What will you be doing?**
- Develop Projects Portfolio EI
- Manage Project Portfolio EI
- Design expansion strategy covering all Bus and MUs requirements within service catalog. DE
- Help to define projects scope,



goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all areas related to the projects EI
- Review expansion project progress according to plan to identify risk and define action plans to eliminate any impact. DE
- Ensure the services expansion according to agenda. EI
- Generate documentation and governance of the projects (tracking & management). CE
- Support the strategy that allows to perform the operation in a robust control environment with quality services.ICE
- KPI's monitoring and presentations. IC
- Foster a Culture of continues improvement. DICE
- Close interaction with internal and external clients to foment networking and service. ICE
- Support effective change management process. ICE
- Support LATAM SSC supervisor to drive funcional Strategy and org. design Processes. DCI
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor degree in engineering, administrative,



finance or similar
- required
- Knowledge in project methodologies (L6S, Scrum, PMO, Agile)
- Project experience (2 years), leading and manage.
- Advanced office
- Advanced english
- ** Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management - not only in Mexico, but internationally as well.**
