**Job Description**:
The Digital Campaign Marketing Specialist will help develop and execute the end-to-end campaign strategy and activities that support our business objectives
- Key responsibilities include Coordinate the implementation of the digital marketing plans and strategies for defined verticals, including audience segmentation, marketing tactics and media mix recommendations.
- Develop the proper content for each tactic, craft messages accordingly and always improve based on performance insights.
- Database management and regular washing process
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Coordinate with key functions as they fulfill the programs that comprise a campaign (marketing ops, call center, sales enablement, marketing analytics), and the tactics that comprise these programs.
- Measuring and reporting performance and effectiveness of campaigns assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Marketing automation platforms. (Eloqua is a plus)
- Ability to understand marketing data and analysis to adjust tactics based on these insights.
- Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Writing experience is a plus
- Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio Reports knowledge and experience will be highly considered.
- Knowledge of digital media and social marketing platforms as well as online search strategies is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong agency management experience.
- 5+ years experience developing highly digital marketing communication and demand generation strategies and campaigns in a B2B environment
- Fluent English / Spanish
