Your focus on consistency and quality will shine through in your work and strengthen our relationships with customers.
The QAT Specialist will perform a variety of tasks related to quality assurance, audits, document drafting, troubleshooting, research, and analysis. The QAT Specialist is also a part of the global Quality Assurance, Training, and Documentation (QATD) project team.
**Your Daily tasks will include**:
- Performing research, analysis, and drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other production-related documents as directed by the QAT Coordinator.
- Assisting with the production department training program implementation, day-to-day process, and audits.
- Performing SOP adherence audits, and document results.
- Assisting during the implementation of new products, ensure that product specifications and requirements are followed to meet set quality standards.
- Assisting with analysis, implementation, and maintenance of new and ongoing quality programs.
- Identifying, evaluating, implementing,



and documenting corrective action when necessary with regard to product quality and process improvements to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Analyzing branch level refund, reshipment, and damage rate data across all departments, proposing and implementing process changes to meet set goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Preparing progress and updating reports as required.
**What you’ll bring**:
- 0-1 years of experience in quality assurance, document control and / or training in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with creating, developing and implementing SOPs in relation to a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with professional project management software.
- Technical savvy, with the ability to use various tools such as GSuite, Microsoft Office, etc.
