**What this job involves**:
The Analyst,
Technology role is a critical part of the Global Business Intelligence & Technology team. The individual will assist with supporting the technology platform in managing client data, technology tools, and supporting the business processes related to technology. The Analyst, Technology will be the primary liaison between business system users and JLLT support teams for the region.
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Technology Analyst to join our team:
- Location: CDMX (Cuauhtemoc)
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Work model: Hybrid.
**What is your day to day?**
- Data Management and Application Support in Region
- Maintain the JLL technology platform across the client account
- Provide first line support and expertise as required by the client and JLL
- Assist and triage all JLL team members with all systems inquiries
- Manage workload via DevOps
- Support in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for technology systems.
- Manage SOC2 Policy requirements for monthly user access audit and bi-annual firm wide audit.
- Assist with system testing and bug reporting of product enhancements or custom development for technology systems as required
- Assisting the central team with training delivery for technology platform
- May manage smaller project with mínimal oversight
- Act as a point of contact for regional client / account team
- Product Management and Expertise
- Maintain thorough knowledge of user base and critical user needs
- Maintain thorough understanding of technology platform features and functionality
- Maintain all training process documents related to technology systems
- Review data for accuracy; work with business service teams to ensure data quality
- Assist the Sr Manager, Technology on continuous improvement of the implemented Technology Platform
**Experience and technical skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems or business administration
- **Fluent in English**:
- Minimum 3 years IT support expeierence
- **Healthy Credit History**:
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Experience in managing simultaneous complex tasks from inception to successful completion
- Experience working with IT web-based systems and databases
- Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem solving
- SharePoint Administration experience, a plus
- Training experience to guide multifunctional teams
- Team working and co-operation, including dispersed/virtual teams
