- The SSC Accounts Payable Analyst Level 1 will be responsible for processing invoices in an effective and efficient manner to assure the correct and timely payment to suppliers and providing the correct information for financial statements.- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices correctly and timely.
- Send invoices to Workflows if there is any mismatch within the 3-way match process.
- Month-End Close activities.
- Adhere with internal controls procedures.
- Support audit requests timely.
Your Skills & Strengths:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.
- 2+ years in similar position.
- Detailed oriented and organizational skills.
- Experience in SAP.
- Experience in Excel.
