**Mission of the position**
Execute the collection cycle in accordance with the defined policies, to ensure and manage the recovery of the client portfolio. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the Accounts Receivable process in the Shared Services Center.
**Responsibilities**
- Review, prepare and send the invoices according to the orders and delivery notes provided by the site through Share Point to guarantee the timely recovery of the account receivable.
- Ensure portfolio recovery in accordance with the credit terms established with each client to comply with Arca Continental's credit policies
- Analyze and record the deposits received from customers in the system to offset the invoices paid by the customer in Accounting.
- Identify and monitor disputes or claims generated by differences in balances of deposits received against invoices paid to settle customer accounts




- Provide and participate in the preparation of information required for continuous improvement projects and/or implementations of the Accounts Receivable process in the Shared Services Center
**Qualifications and requirements**
- Accounting Career Studies, Finance (Degree)
- Experience in Credit and Collection, Account Analysis, Administrative Controls, Tax Laws and Regulations, Income ( CxC )
