The General Services Operations Sr. Manager is a senior-level professional responsible for leading operations and managing Citi’s general operations teams, in coordination with the Corporate Services function. The overall objective is to utilize detailed knowledge to define and implement systems that are aligned with business strategy and goals, to enhance productivity, and to ensure quality and efficiencies. This role has full leadership responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage operations of service functions including dining, culinary, facility maintenance, reception services or other support services
- Interact with customers and business manager to ensure business needs are met
- Resolve complex issues referred by subordinate staff
- Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions
- Oversee supplier and vendor budgets as required
- Conduct resource planning, budgeting and policy formulation as required
- Conduct people management tasks including performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval
**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Ability to negotiate with senior leaders (across functions)
- Diplomacy skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree/ University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
**General Services Operations Sr Manager (Hospitality)**:
**The role will have total operational and financial responsibilities encompassing client center, colleague dining, catering services, reception services and coffee pantries but not limited to,
and partnering with multiple suppliers and businesses to provide a wide array of core amenity products across Citi Mexico. Additionally, has accountability to manage and monitor potential risks to the department and or the firm.**:

- ** Citi Mexico GHS needs to implement and consolidate the hospitality amenities with elevated level of standard of services for our new facilities through an outsourced model of service to introduce Citi brand in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey.**:

- ** **6-8 years of relevant work experience and strong knowledge of high level of customer services and hospitality environment or experience on vendor management.**:
- ** **Finance background and monitoring and managing annual budget and expenditures,
according with the third-party supplier commercial contract.**:
- ** **Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.**:
- ** **Demonstrates strong leadership presence and ability to work with various levels, including executive and senior management.**:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills on simplifying and optimizing process.
