**We are searching for the best talent for Commercial Excellence Sr Analyst to be in Ciudad de Mexico.**
**Purpose**:Individual Leaders will focus on advising the functions of Johnson & Johnson, driving a strong internal control environment throughout end‐to‐end processes. Promoting a culture of compliance across the business, ensuring that everyone is clear on their compliance responsibility.
Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Works closely with upper management to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule while supporting various departments in financial matters.
Handles many aspects of the placement and management of various insurance programs (i.e., casualty, property Fixed Assets, D&O;). Responsible for managing complex claims, insurance recovery, and associated claims data with oversight by manager including the reimbursement of claim costs and settlements/judgments by $4B captive insurance company. Executes financial transactions and supports department in financial matters. Manages SOx compliance. Performs review of indemnification and insurance provisions in contracts and assists in M&A; due diligence.
Develops and monitors annual budget and monthly execution for the organization's Finance Risk Management area.
Executes financial transactions with direction and oversight by manager for expenses and premiums.
Day to day handling of property and casualty claims working with legal department, occupational health, and insurers both in and outside the US.
Maintain claims and other data essential to the operations of $4B captive insurance company and ensures compliance with SOPs and SOx compliance with appropriate supervision by manager and senior director.
Assist manager and senior director in contract reviews and M&A; Due Diligence. Organizes financial benchmarking, including reporting of key performance indicators and estimates requirements, assists in preparing annual budget, schedules expenditures, and analyzes variances.
Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control, and/or action.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day‐to‐day interactions with team.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Support compliance by providing guidance and leadership to business process owners, to create and maintain a strong internal control environment, including the required documentation, and that policies and procedures are aligned with latest Corporate SOX requirements.
- Assess financial and business risks associated with the control environment, help design and implementation of internal controls, and make recommendations for continuous process improvements.
- Propose corrective actions for identified gaps/weaknesses, provide support in the action plan resolution process, and support Commercial teams to ensure internal control gaps are closed timely & effectively.
Proactively communicate and report on findings and status of CAP. Common responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Global Compliance Team in driving consistency and standardization of controls and processes as it relates to J&J;’s end state model.
- Support the Compliance leadership team in achieving process improvements and standardization.
- Perform due diligence activities on transitions and process changes.
- Deliver training in alignment with compliance training program, to enhance & strengthen embedded compliance awareness.
- Direct, train, supervise, and evaluate direct reports to enhance their performance, development and ownership of work performed, where applicable.
