**Senior Recruiter**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes
**Requirements**:
- 5-6 years of professional recruiting experience
- Strong drive and initiative to achieve recruitment targets
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
**Desired Qualities**:
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment
The senior recruiter will be following the Central Standard Time schedule and will be working remotely.
Pay: $24,668.00 per month
