**A Day In The Life**:
As a **Product Manager** you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead launches, animations and brand visibility management across all touch points
- Lead the pricing strategy and sales channels to enhance the growth and development of its categories
- Activate 360° campaigns to connect with consumers and generate high awareness
- Focus on brand strategy development
- Strong orientation to point of sale and execution of promotions. In addition, commercial follow-up
- Additional role is to execute the eCommerce channel for L'Oréal Professionnel and Matrix
- You will have to define the portfolio, see the brands and manage pricing
- In charge of uploading brand forecasts, category campaignsActivation of points of sale, see promotions and commercial agreement with customers
- Execution of the eCommerce channel and ensure the ambition of the circuit
**Who You Are**:
- University graduated or above, preferable in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- You have Between 3 and 5 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of Derma products/categories
- Experienced in research and market data analysis
- Knowledge of travel retail dynamics/environment and competitors, markets trends and consumers
- Good Financial Sense and good understanding of industry
- Willing to learn, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
