**Your Impact**:
As a Key User for ERP/SAP, you will be the backbone of our digital transformation.
Your day-to-day actions will directly support end-users, maintain data integrity, and propose critical IT upgrades.
Through your expertise, you will ensure seamless operation, facilitate knowledge sharing, and be at the forefront of training and best practice dissemination.
Your role is pivotal in driving key performance indicators and delivering top-tier solutions to complex issues.
**We Need You To**:
- Diagnose and articulate user issues, championing solutions across support teams.
- Pilot the implementation of IS/IT enhancements, demonstrating your technical understanding.
- Ensure data coherence and spearhead quality documentation within your field.
- Engage and empower users through dedicated training and system oversight.
- Maintain rigorous data and access management protocols, safeguarding our processes.
**Who You Are**:
- A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- An experienced professional with 2-3 years of in-depth knowledge of internal entity processes.
- Technologically versatile with desirable knowledge in Delmia, GSI, AOS, and CATIA.
- An open-minded individual with a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
- An effective communicator fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
- A master in ERP SAP with a firm grasp of MRP topics.
