**Sr SAP Basis Consultant**
**Main Purpose**
The Sap Basis Lead Consultant is responsible for the SAP BASIS Operations of all SAP solutions across multiple geographies and sectors (AMESA, APAC, NA, Europe, LATAM) including PGT program, and will partner with other IT Orgs (such as infrastructure, enterprise architecture, ITOPS, etc.)
This role will also be a key contact for IT vendors to deliver desired results by hiring skilled competencies, right planning and execution.
**Accountabilities**
- SAP Basis daily monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support End-user issues (Hands-on/SME)
- Resolve high priority issues in Basis area
- Coordinate with functional, and technical teams to resolve issues
- Document SAP Basis practices and policies
- Manages a team size of about 2-3 direct reports(Internal/Vendor)
- Resolve issues within defined SLAs

**Qualifications**
**Education/requirements**
- 4+ SAP Basis experience
- 4+ Years of HANA experience
- 4+ Years of Team Lead experience
- SAP BASIS Monitoring, Upgrades, Oracle, HANA DB experience (ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, XI, PO, HCM, S/4 HANA)
**Non Technical Skills**
- Knowledge of integration points between business processes
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Solves highly complex problems within the work team
