**Role Overview**:The Remote Leasing Specialist plays a crucial role in the Company by managing leasing functions for a portfolio of properties.
This position focuses on delivering exceptional client service to property owners, building relationships with applicants and tenants, and ensuring smooth leasing processes.
The Leasing Specialist also contributes to marketing strategies, pricing vacant units, processing lease renewals, and supporting the Leasing Manager in negotiations.
**Responsibilities**:- Understand overall property strategies for performance goals, occupancy,
and leasing.- Engage directly with tenants and applicants for new properties.- Move successful applicants into rental properties with signed lease agreements.- Renew current tenants' leases at market rental rates.- Efficiently manage tenant moves out, evictions, and lease violations.- Communicate with property owners, providing market expertise, leasing strategy recommendations, and property improvement suggestions.- Effectively market vacant properties through market descriptions, appropriate pricing, and photos.
**Expected Accomplishments**:- Thorough screening of qualified applicants leading to successful lease agreements.- Efficient management of tenant moves and lease renewals.- Effective communication with property owners, understanding their leasing goals.- Successful marketing of vacant properties through strategic descriptions and pricing.
**Requirements**:- Strong written and oral communication skills.- Ability to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.- Proven experience in leasing roles.- Ability to listen to and address client concerns and complaints effectively.- Efficiently manage tasks within defined timelines.- Organization Skills**Additional Information**:- Employment Type: Full-time,
Monday-Friday.- Salary: $7-9 USD per hour.
