You'll be opening the US market with a Possibility to grow and lead the openings of other International markets.
**Function**




- Build the Sales team for the Accounting and Tax project.
- Hire, train and coach Sales agents.
- Monitor and Motivate the sales agents to reach the desired DPAD.
- Set daily targets, glide path and career growth for the sales team.
**Scope**
- Responsible for the proper hiring, training, onboarding, and management of agents, TLs, and additional administrative personnel
- Lead and systems management with the help of other departments and direct reports.
- Deciding on sales methods, formats, scripts, procedures, incentives, skill development, coaching, and team structure.
**Key Responsibilities.
Responsible for**:

- Achieve or surpass the forecasted Deals per Agent during the proof of concept timeline and initial implementation into production.
- Produce clean sales to ensure customer longevity.
- Developing viable new techniques, structures, concepts, methods, markets and verticals into Proof of Concept stage and implementing into Production, including support of production beyond implementation.
- Manage Lead procurement and usage.




- Work closely with the Fulfillment team to make the Customer journey seamless.
**Requirements**:
**Minimal requirements**:

- At least 2 years selling Accounting and Tax services experience.
- Experience minimum 2 years as sales agent and 3 years as sales manager
- Experience writing and optimizing sales scripts and formats for phone sales
- Experience selling or managing outbound cold calling phone sales to US based small businesses
- Experience closing and collecting credit card information from US based prospects
- Experience and knowledge and understanding of the principles of hiring, training, coaching, performance management, motivation in a remote work environment
- Experience with managing dialers, CRM processes, leads, and sales quality
